1. Create a free Monster account or log on if you already have one.

 
2. Choose a method to post your resume:
 
  • Upload an existing resume
     
  • Copy and paste your resume text
     
  • Use Monster's Resume Builder

    3. Click on "Make Searchable" to let the right employers find you.

  • If you have no edits, click "Renew"
        to let employers view your
        resume for another 18 months
